Refund policy

 

Just Baked Beauty Inc. Return Policy allows for returns on unopened and unused items, in original new condition, for up to 30 days. Please contact Just Baked Beauty Inc. within 30 days of your purchase date to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

Some exceptions may apply to products that cannot be returned.
Items that fall under Clearance are considered FINAL SALE. No exceptions will be made. 

You may ship back products once you receive your RAN number, or drop them off to our Brampton West Location, postal code L6X 5P4. Complete address would be emailed to you.

Return shipping costs are at your own discretion and not the responsibility of Just Baked Beauty Inc.

Products will be thoroughly checked prior to refund being issued. 
If there is any doubt of the product being used, such as any odours, or condition being less than new, a refund will not be issued.
Once approved, your refund will be issued within 7 days back to the original mode of payment.
