A gel liner for my waterline? I was the BIGGEST skeptic!
I've only ever used the regular kinds and didn't think this would actually stay put, but it did! I also tried it on the back of my hand, let it set a few minutes, and then when I tried with water, it actually did stay!
If it gets dull, i just wipe off a bit on the top and it gets super pigmented again.
Definitely recommend.
